Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) - Remote

Overview

TalkNow is a 24/7 telehealth service providing emotional support to higher education students and faculty. The part-time provider will deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic services remotely.

In Short

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support via phone, video, or chat.
• Act as a primary mental health provider for students and faculty.
• Develop care plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Document sessions in electronic health records (EHR).
• Adhere to HIPAA and telehealth regulations.
• Work remotely from home with HIPAA compliant workspace.
• Part-time schedule: Friday & Saturday (12pm-10pm CST).
• Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
• Strong clinical writing and assessment skills needed.
• Experience with young adults and crisis support preferred.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to at-risk populations.
