Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) - Remote

Overview

As a part-time TalkNow Provider with TimelyCare, you will act as a primary form of emotional support for students and faculty, providing crisis intervention and mental health services in a remote environment.

In Short

• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via phone, video, or chat.
• Act as a primary mental health provider with a person-centered approach.
• Collaborate with members to develop care plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Document sessions and care plans in electronic health records (EHR).
• Adhere to HIPAA and telehealth regulations.
• Work remotely from home with necessary compliance standards.
• Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 3pm - 1am.
• Support young adults and at-risk populations.
• Strong clinical writing and active listening skills required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Experience in crisis intervention and therapeutic services.
• Licensed or Provisionally Licensed in North Carolina is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to member needs and maintain professionalism.
• Experience with electronic health records.
