Requirements

• Must be a Physician.
• Clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances is required.
• Must have a valid DEA.
• Must hold a valid multi-state license.
• Mental Health certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Prescribe medications and diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses.
• Formulate suitable treatment plans to address various conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient's medical history and treatment progress.
