Network Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

TimelyCare is seeking a Network Engagement Manager to join the Clinical Excellence team. This role is pivotal in strengthening our provider and coach network through strategic engagement, clinical coaching, and scalable program design.

In Short

• Supervise and develop a team of Provider Engagement Leads.
• Design and implement a scalable provider coaching program.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance provider performance.
• Conduct post-onboarding chart audits for clinical performance.
• Provide direct clinical care (~10%) to remain connected to care delivery.
• Prepare and analyze performance data for strategic decisions.
• Support provider engagement and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Passionate about improving healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Provider in one or more states.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience with process improvement programs.
• Demonstrated experience in using AI tools for clinical outcomes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Looker and Google Suite preferred.
