Overview

The Dispatch & Access Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating field operations, ensuring effective communication between customers, field engineers, and logistics partners.

• Coordinate and dispatch field engineers based on support tickets.
• Manage site access requests for internal and external teams.
• Validate and process inbound site-related requests.
• Support logistics for materials and equipment at field locations.
• Act as the main contact for site access and shipping requests.

Requirements

• A technical degree or relevant post-secondary education.
• At least 2 years in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-oriented skills.
• Proficient in Office365 and workplace tools.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and relationships.
• Comfortable in a global team environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a native language is a plus.
