Staff Engineer, Backend - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Engineer at Tide, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and running a rich product catalogue, making architectural decisions, and leading engineering practices in a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building server-side applications.
• Knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot).
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Engineering scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to continuous integration and deployment.
