Requirements

• 8+ years of PostgreSQL experience.
• 8+ years of database architecture experience.
• 12+ years of Rails development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in framework-level development and scaling high-performance Rails apps.
• Strong communication skills for asynchronous work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
