Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Understanding of content creation and community management
• Strong communication skills
• 1 year experience handling queries on social media
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of financial services terminology
• Experience mentoring new team members
• Familiarity with Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira
• Experience in start-ups or scale-ups
• Experience with Agile practices
