Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist at Tide, you will build and embed intelligence into products to reduce fraud and enhance FinCrime efforts, collaborating closely with the FinCrime team to solve business challenges.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Expertise in machine learning and fraud detection.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets.
• Experience with PySpark, Databricks, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to deploy production-ready models.
• Expertise in data and model observability.
• Background in Fintech and financial crime.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
