Overview

As a Policy & Procedures Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Tide’s global Finance function by developing, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for finance operations.
• Document key finance and accounting processes.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a focus on policies.
• Proven expertise in developing policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in process mapping techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
