Policies and Procedures Specialist - Remote

Overview

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Policies and Procedures Specialist to join their Information Security and Internal IT team, responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.

In Short

• Develop documents for policies and procedures.
• Interface with management and employees for requirements.
• Perform research to identify gaps in documentation.
• Stay current on policies across business areas.
• Assist in developing documentation for new processes.
• Analyze documentation effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support the introduction of internal policies.
• Assist Sales Team with required documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC-2).
• Ability to simplify complex procedures.
• Anticipate questions regarding new policies.
• Manage updates for accuracy and relevance.
• Understanding of systems thinking and quality principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player and independent worker.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
• Knowledge of HR and Operations environments is a plus.
