As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at Thyme Care, you will be an essential member of the clinical team, providing care for patients with serious illnesses through virtual appointments and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Conduct specialty palliative care outpatient appointments via video visits.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience, with 2 years in palliative care.
• Advanced certification in hospice and palliative nursing (ACHPN) preferred.
• Unrestricted nurse practitioner license with willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Experience in outpatient oncology settings is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes in a startup environment.
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies.
• Ability to prioritize and address urgent member needs.
