The Comprehensive Health Assessment Nurse Practitioner will be a key clinical team member, conducting thorough health assessments and developing care plans for cancer patients using a telemedicine platform.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology.
• One year of telehealth experience preferred.
• Compact RN license and unrestricted Advanced Practice license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective listening and rapport-building skills.
• Experience with health risk assessments is a plus.
• Desire to improve cancer care experiences.
