As Thunder continues to expand its AWS partnership, we’re growing our team in the Philippines and looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to help us build and optimize cutting-edge cloud solutions.

In Short

• Architect and build AWS Connect infrastructure using AWS core services.
• Develop automation scripts to optimize operational processes.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into AWS-integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AWS and Salesforce projects.
• Stay updated with AWS and Salesforce releases.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in AWS development and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AI-driven chatbots and contact center solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Node.js).
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours for US time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
