Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in service operations or CX strategy.
• Strong process thinking and ability to simplify complex systems.
• Familiarity with AI or automation-enhanced service environments.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional problem solving.
• Strong business judgment connecting customer experience to operations.
• Passion for building scalable systems that represent paradigm shifts.
