• Own project planning and execution for strategic initiatives across the business.
• Identify areas of opportunity and improvement with customers and internally.
• Build business cases and budgets for new development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder check-ins.
• Manage task tracking tools to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Communicate updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Align internal resources during product development and launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven track record of delivering complex tech solutions on time and to budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution.
• Comfort working in remote-first environments across global time zones.
• Bonus: familiarity with the creator economy and FinTech sectors.
