Overview

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Project Manager to join our growing Operations team.

In Short

• Manage and drive a portfolio of strategic and tactical operations projects.
• Partner with senior leadership to define project goals and timelines.
• Design and maintain project tracking infrastructure in Notion.
• Prepare clear, visually compelling decks and updates.
• Improve visibility and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate across multiple departments to track dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder check-ins.
• Support process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Experience at insurtechs preferred.
• Experience with Notion or similar tools.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Strong project planning and tracking skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in insurance or claims is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
