Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be part of NICE’s Global Customer Organization (GCO) Services Delivery organization, responsible for leading and managing complex customer facing and internal projects through the entire project lifecycle.

In Short

• Lead and manage multiple complex customer facing software delivery projects.
• Take ownership of project planning, resource management, scope, and budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
• Provide effective communication to all stakeholders.
• Update internal project management IT systems.
• Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical product and client-specific issues.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Customer-management experience with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customer team members.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Presentation skills for comprehensive project reporting.
• Self-sufficient in driving customers and internal resources.
