Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology or related field.
• Veterinary Technician Certification (LVT, RVT, or CVT) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in veterinary care.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing technician teams.
• Experience in developing training programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong team-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Knowledge of veterinary standards and best practices.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 35%).
