Overview

The Marketing Manager at Threshold Brands plays an integral role in the organization leading the marketing support for all franchisees within a particular Brand along with any company owned stores. This position is focused on the goal of increasing quality leads and brand awareness through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Franchise and/or multi-unit experience required.
• Home services experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and advising small business owners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive and willing to communicate.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with franchisees.
