As a Marketing Manager at TechBiz Global, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns for our clients, contributing to their growth in an innovative environment.

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Drive and grow organic marketing efforts, including content and social strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in marketing management.
• Expertise in Email & SMS Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram Advertising.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong ability to grow brand presence through non-paid channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
