In Short

• Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across different jurisdictions
• Work with external legal counsel when required
• Support corporate governance and internal policy development
• Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master Degree in Law or compatible fields would be a plus.
• Experience 5+ years in a contract department of a reputable in-house company, corporate secretarial or related function, preferably managing multiple jurisdictions or experience in an international law firm
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a strong advantage
• Proven experience working with multiple legal jurisdictions (e.g., Dubai, UK, Europe)
• Solid understanding of international regulatory frameworks
• MiFID II certification is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Background in corporate or commercial law
• Experience working in an international environment
