EU/ UK Senior Legal Officer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking qualified lawyer to join our team as a Senior Legal Officer.

In Short

• Play a pivotal role in supporting the Company’s commercial team.
• Draft and negotiate complex contractual arrangements.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to various business units.
• Assist with corporate matters including funding rounds and M&A projects.

• Monthly office visits to London required.

Requirements

• LPC or EU legal qualification equivalent required.
• 5+ years post qualification experience in law firms or in-house.
• Fluent in English, preferably French or German.
• Experience in payments, banking, or financial services.
• Ability to manage legal challenges in a changing regulatory environment.
• Provide strategic and business-oriented legal advice.
• Build relationships with internal clients and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively.
