Social Media - Digital Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media / Digital Designer with a strong visual sensibility and 3+ years of experience creating work that performs across digital, social, and select offline channels. This is a fully remote role for someone who can work independently.

In Short

• Design social-first creative for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create digital assets for paid and organic social, display, web, and email campaigns
• Design offline materials including direct mail, print ads, and magazine layouts
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling, on-brand creative across all formats
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Firefly, Express and AI-powered image/video tools
• Resize, version, and optimize assets across multiple platforms and specs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Stay current on social trends and emerging formats

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a digital, social, or graphic designer
• MUST HAVE an online portfolio showcasing social, digital, and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with AI-driven image/video generation tools
• Experience designing for paid social and performance marketing
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
