In Short

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of distribution-related integrations.
• Optimize the entire distribution lifecycle for property managers.
• Conduct market research to define and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize platform performance.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for new features.
• Work closely with external distribution partners.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the platform using data.
• Experience in product management in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with platform or SaaS products in hospitality.
• Strong proficiency in technical APIs and integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Analytical skills with experience using data.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of trends in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with enterprise-scale property management solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
