In Short

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of distribution-related integrations.
• Understand and optimize the entire distribution lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize platform performance.
• Define, document, and communicate objectives for engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with external distribution partners.
• Work closely with property managers to gather feedback.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for new features.
• Use data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• 5+ years of product management experience required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in technical APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Analytical skills with experience using data for product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-scale property management solutions.
• Knowledge of trends in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
