Overview

As an Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds, you will support customers and internal teams with all general billing questions, ensuring that our motto of “more reservations, happier guests” is a reality.

In Short

  • Responsible for onboarding and training clients using the Cloudbeds platform.
  • Follow up with new accounts to assist with the onboarding process.
  • Provide daily support to existing customers in using our software.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define customer success criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints via various communication channels.
  • Answer product and service questions through our email ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and handle escalated issues.
  • Utilize training materials to stay updated with system changes.
  • Attend online training sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hospitality experience (e.g., hotels, hostels).
  • Experience in hospitality/tourism.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and emotional management.
  • Compatible graduation course completed.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and systems.
  • Excellent internet connection required.
  • Entry-level position.
