Part-Time Remote Teaching Assistant for Middle School Math

Overview

Think Academy is looking for a part-time remote teaching assistant to provide in-class and after-class assistance to our AMC10 students, helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In Short

• Part-time remote position (20-30 hours/week)
• Support AMC10 students in their academic journey
• Guide students and encourage their development
• Maintain communication with parents about student progress
• Provide feedback on assignments and performance
• Record video explanations for homework problems
• Edit textbooks and learning materials
• Weekend availability required
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
• Advanced degrees or experience in AMC10 competition preferred
• Passionate about education and student success
• Responsible and responsive for remote work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Teaching Fee: $25/hour
• Non-Teaching Fee: $16-20/hour
• Commission: 15% Target Performance Bonus
