Part-Time Remote Advanced Math Teacher

Overview

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Part-Time Remote Advanced Math Teacher to engage with higher elementary and middle school students, focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving skills through innovative teaching methods.

In Short

• Teach higher elementary or middle school mathematics virtually.
• Engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum.
• Grade homework and provide essential teaching-related services.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Work 20-40 hours per week, primarily during weekends or weekday afternoons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Education or STEM-related majors preferred.
• Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
• Teaching starting from 2025 Summer Semester.
• Available to work during weekday evenings and weekends.
• Passionate about teaching and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

• Teaching Fee: $30-35/hour.
• Non-Teaching Fee: $20/hour for preparation and after-class services.
• Student Retention Bonus targeted at 15% of total teaching fee.
