Overview

Thimble is seeking a Lifecycle/CRM Manager to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement through strategic marketing communications across various channels for both Broker and Consumer audiences.

• Manage email, push, in-app, SMS, and social media for customer engagement.
• Own strategic marketing communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product and Insurance teams for optimal user experience.
• Audit and optimize existing marketing lifecycle campaigns.
• Experiment with new strategies for customer engagement.
• Develop a revenue-generating e-newsletter for small business owners.
• Own reporting to track CRM impact and performance.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or regulated field.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with lifecycle/CRM tools like Iterable and Sendgrid.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
