• Assist with broker sales support and onboarding.
• Provide training and support to brokers for product adoption.
• Manage broker relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to brokers' inquiries with timely solutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new brokers.
• Guide brokers on using the Thimble Broker Portal.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Insurance teams.
• Increase broker activation through product knowledge.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Commercial insurance experience required.
• Experience with insurance brokers or agencies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
