Overview

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales process by working closely with the sales team and prospective customers to demonstrate the technical capabilities and business value of our solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with account executives to craft compelling presentations.
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their needs.
  • Create tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth product demonstrations.
  • Design and lead proof of concept projects to validate technical feasibility.
  • Provide technical guidance and answer detailed product questions.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs and other technical documentation requests.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams for alignment.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and APIs.
  • Experience with customer experience management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with CX platforms and modern sales methodologies preferred.
