Overview

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Incognia, you will play an integral role in our success by winning direct customers and growing Incognia’s business in the US and other strategic global markets. You will get the opportunity to own the technical relationship and represent Incognia’s truly innovative solution with some of the biggest brands in the world.

In Short

  • Act as the technical trusted advisor during the presales and onboarding process.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to win deals.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations that clearly communicate POV results.
  • Act as the customer SME internally to Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Drive the technical side of Incognia strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with Customer Success for smooth transitions.
  • Keep up with product updates.
  • Stay updated about the broader identity and security ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in authentication, biometrics, anti-fraud, or cyber security.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or technical Customer Success.
  • Technical background in software/API integration and mobile technologies.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in early-stage companies.
