Legal Assistant / Intake Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Legal Assistant / Intake Specialist to support an established law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Family Law. This role focuses on taking the administrative burden off the lead attorney by managing the front-end intake process, lead qualification, and CRM management.

In Short

• Make outbound calls to qualify new leads and filter out "shoppers".
• Answer inbound calls and manage the intake script.
• Schedule consultations and manage calendar flow using MyCase.
• Manage CRM updates and document organization.
• Respond to client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the attorney in automating firm processes.
• Maintain accurate case records using MyCase and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a legal environment.
• Strong phone skills and confidence in discussing firm requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with MyCase or similar legal case management software.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Reliable workstation and stable internet connection.
