Overview

The Administrative & Collections Assistant will support financial operations and client follow-up for a service-based business, ensuring accurate documentation and payment tracking.

In Short

  • Contact clients regarding repayments through various communication methods.
  • Follow up with delayed clients and track payment commitments.
  • Review and verify payment details and invoices.
  • Set up new deals for funding following procedures.
  • Review KYC documentation and update workflows.
  • Maintain records across collections boards and CRM systems.
  • Participate in weekly collections meetings.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in collections or financial administration.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling client payment follow-ups.
  • Experience with CRMs and documentation platforms.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Near-native English proficiency.
  • Previous remote work experience preferred.
