Overview

Therabody is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to assist domestic and international sales teams with order fulfillment and distributor relations, contributing to the mission of inspiring and enabling wellness.

In Short

• Verify and enter incoming B2B purchase orders
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and inventory
• Monitor orders and resolve issues preventing shipment
• Review order book daily for accurate ship dates
• Report expected revenue based on current orders
• Coordinate special handling of orders with logistics
• Handle RMA and warranty replacement requests
• Track Free of Charge (FOC) orders
• Support sales on administrative tasks
• Assist sales ops team on special projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales operations
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent follow-up and time management skills
• Strong multitasking ability and deadline management
• Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment
• Strong sense of project ownership
