The Digital Content Specialist plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing the digital shopping experience on Therabody.com, responsible for managing product listings and ensuring accurate promotions across multiple locales.

In Short

• Maintain and update product listings across multiple catalogs.
• Customize and publish web pages using Shopify Admin.
• Create and manage discount codes and promotions in Shopify.
• Test and validate discounts across storefronts.
• Troubleshoot site-related issues and collaborate with Customer Experience.
• Coordinate promotional calendars with local marketing teams.
• Liaise with developers to resolve issues or implement new features.
• Provide feedback and QA on page builds and product launches.
• Strong time management and project management skills required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital content management.
• Proficiency in Shopify Admin and basic HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Figma, Asana/Jira.
• Experience managing promotions in e-commerce.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable with occasional off normal hours support.
