Software Analyst, Developer - Remote

Overview

The Software Analyst, Developer will work in a fast-paced development environment to create application code primarily using C# .NET and web technologies, collaborating with various personnel for design and development decisions.

In Short

• Perform detailed analysis of reported problems.
• Provide management with proposed solutions to reported problems.
• Identify and communicate potential issues and improvements.
• Implement code changes for reported problems or new improvements.
• Work closely with QA staff for bug identification and resolution.
• Document bug reports and resolutions.
• Provide tier 1 support for customer support as needed.
• Maintain source code and ensure change management procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with software policy and standards.
• Meet performance standards established by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Application Design and Development skills.
• Experience with C# focused on Winforms, WPF, WCF, and Windows Services.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio.
• Git/TFS experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Javascript/CSS (Angular is a plus).
