Overview

This position is for a Managed Services Technician who will provide exceptional remote technical support to Teleflora's member florists, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to thrive.

In Short

  • Provide superior customer service to Teleflora member florists.
  • Troubleshoot ISP outages and network connectivity issues.
  • Support VPN connections and Cisco Meraki firewall configurations.
  • Resolve hardware and operating system issues on Windows and Linux.
  • Install and troubleshoot networked printers.
  • Assist with data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Identify and clean malware and security threats.
  • Log calls and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Work from home with one day per month in the office.
  • Participate in a wellness community and career development opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; IT-related degree preferred.
  • A+ and/or Net+ Certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with Dell support is a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of Linux.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Reliable attendance during weekdays.
