Overview

The Associate Manager, Strategy will collaborate with executive leaders to tackle pressing business challenges and drive strategic initiatives within The Wonderful Company.

Requirements

• 3-6 years’ experience in CPG, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Domain expertise in food/beverage processing or agronomy.
• Ability to coordinate and drive momentum in teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Fluent or conversational Spanish valued.
