Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Wonderful Pistachios will be responsible for processing and managing customer payments while contributing to a supportive accounting team.

In Short

• Process and post incoming payments from customers accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Provide invoice copies and statements for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and account balances.
• Responsible for collection activities for produce accounts.
• Prepare timely and accurate past-due reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Monitor and resolve invoices in dispute.
• Review and approve linked customer deductions.
• Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Oracle and Demantra experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
