Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage all activities related to the Accounts Receivable cycle for the London School, supporting the Finance Manager in reporting and fee collection processes.

In Short

• Manage daily postings of bank transactions and cash received.
• Run reports on SAP and internal platforms for system alignment.
• Manage the Student Creditor Report for fee collection actions.
• Respond to fee collection queries in a timely manner.
• Support revenue analysis and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with the yearly audit.
• Ensure accurate registration of accruals and prepayments.
• Issue weekly cash reports to HQ.
• Support the Accounting Manager with various financial tasks.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial control, preferably with SAP.
• Proficient in Excel with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
