Criminal Intake/Vetting Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is looking to hire an experienced Criminal Intake/Vetting Virtual Assistant with a desire to grow within the legal industry. The Client Intake/Vetting Virtual Assistant will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, will screen leads, and will be responsible for obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be retained.

In Short

• Handling inbound phone calls and screening prospective clients
• Tracking potential new client inquiries and leads
• Assisting with customer inquiries and routing them appropriately
• Logging client information in the software database
• Assisting attorneys with administrative tasks
• Writing emails, transcribing notes, and researching legal documents
• Creating spreadsheets and handling various administrative tasks
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Requires at least 2 years of legal intake experience
• Great interpersonal and time-management skills are necessary

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with written and verbal proficiency
• At least 2 years of experience in legal intake
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Proactive problem-solving skills
