• Full-time CS Virtual Assistant role for a US-based tax firm.
• Work during Pacific Time business hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Set up Slack channels and invite new members.
• Follow up with new members to ensure account setup.
• Handle Slack audits and track messages.
• Post reminders in Zoom workspace.
• Support email transition from Gmail to Intercom.
• Check portals on Canopy for correct information uploads.
• Verify requests and check automation in Skool.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, and email management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
