Overview

The Community Philanthropy Manager, Midlevel Giving, is responsible for managing relationships with mid-level donors and enhancing their engagement with The Trevor Project.

In Short

  • Manage the Midlevel Giving program and donor relationships.
  • Conduct regular calls and virtual visits with donors.
  • Implement strategies to improve donor experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with other fundraising teams to increase revenue.
  • Ensure accurate donor information in the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices and attention to detail.
  • Foster an inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of Beacon donors giving $1,000 and above.
  • Develop engagement opportunities for mid-level donors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in donor management and fundraising.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Experience with fundraising database software.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
