Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to elevate our paid social campaigns and drive sustainable growth at More Nutrition.

In Short

• You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and optimize them for performance and growth.
• You will develop data-driven campaign strategies that acquire new customers and increase our customer lifetime value.
• You will continuously test creatives, placements, audiences, and bidding strategies to use budgets efficiently.
• You will analyze campaign performance based on relevant KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate) and derive concrete optimizations.
• You will work closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ads and validate new hypotheses.
• You will identify new paid social trends, platforms, and features early and implement them for MORE Nutrition.

Requirements

• You have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms).
• You have successfully managed and scaled significant budgets.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of tracking, attribution, and common ad-tech tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Analytics, MMPs).
• You are strong in data analysis, make KPI-based decisions, and translate numbers into clear recommendations for action.
• You have a good sense for creative testing and know which advertising materials are crucial for performance.
• You are familiar with A/B testing methods and conversion optimization.
• You work structured, proactively, and bring a growth mindset mentality.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
