Overview

The Clinical Documentation Improvement Analyst is responsible for reviewing inpatient medical records to enhance the quality of documentation, ensuring accurate reflection of patient diagnoses and treatments.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse certification.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
