Senior Manager of External Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Manager of External Reporting will be responsible for the preparation of all external financial reports, including Quarterly and Annual Reports, while collaborating with various functions within the company.

In Short

• Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the review of periodic investor materials.
• Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance.
• Monitor new accounting pronouncements.
• Liaise with external auditors for timely completion of reviews and audits.
• Assist with technical accounting work for complex transactions.
• Preparation of annual statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Preparation of Government Census Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in industry or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Leadership capabilities and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Workiva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with SAP Group Reporting and Hyperion is a plus.
