Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Analyst role is a member of the Audience Measurement FP&A team, supporting the $3B+ segment revenue. This role involves forecasting, planning, and reporting of revenue for the entire Segment, requiring cross-functional partnership across the Nielsen organization.

In Short

• Evaluate financial data and prepare forecasts.
• Ownership of forecasting and reporting for the Audience Measurement Segment.
• Maintain Master Data and reconciliations.
• Align on weekly revenue forecast with CRO.
• Ensure effective revenue transition into SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Lead month-end variance analysis.
• Improve revenue reporting and metrics.
• Support financial cycle including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare presentations for the Board and Senior Leadership.
• Work independently with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance, with FP&A experience.
• Media Industry Experience required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn new tasks independently.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
