Overview

Nielsen is seeking a highly motivated JavaScript Client Engineer to provide technical support for SDK implementation across various platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

In Short

Oversee SDK implementation projects from kickoff to rollout.
Manage technical relationships with client development teams.
Identify and resolve potential issues during implementation.
Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
Guide clients through the SDK implementation process.
Act as the main technical point of contact for clients.
Collaborate with engineering on client enhancement requests.
Assist in pre-sales processes and client onboarding.

Requirements

Experience with JavaScript, iOS, and Android development.
Technical pre-sales experience preferred.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Strong presentation skills for technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Experience with mobile SDKs and debugging tools.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Willingness to travel as needed.
